Lunch At Waraku with JC friends- $25 (sake inclusive)
Azumanga Daioh omnibus- $51 (4 volumes in one)
Various Snacks for Camp-$15
Which brings my weekend's expenditure to $91. Curse the evil that is consumerism. On hindsight, I should probably learn to manage my finances after the allowance increase. A little money saved and invested carefully could go a long way. The total amount of allowance I'd get over the whole course of NS would amount to approximately $16200, sufficient for 2 semesters of local college fees.
After looking through NTU's website briefly, I found little to aid in my decision. Seems like I've to book my calendar for next year's open house. The top course on my list now is engineering science, where the emphasis is on engineering skills across a variety of disciplines. Knowing my xenophillic nature, I think it'd be a better choice than to stick to mechanical engineering.
